AB Entertainment는 2003년 만화·애니메이션 교육기관 AniBugs로 시작하여 수많은 창작자를 배출해온 경험을 바탕으로, 2018년 글로벌 웹툰 스튜디오로 새롭게 출범한 종합 콘텐츠 기업입니다. 교육에서 출발한 AB는 이제 웹툰 스튜디오, 웹툰 콜라보 카페, 그리고 굿즈 커머스 플랫폼을 아우르는 종합 콘텐츠 기업으로 도약했습니다.
AB Webtoon Studio는 오리지널 웹툰 IP의 기획과 제작을 담당하고 있으며, ab Cafe는 매년 20만 명 이상이 방문해 작품을 직접 경험하는 팬덤 공간으로 성장했고, ab Dollant는 현재 웹툰 기반 굿즈 커머스 플랫폼으로 운영되며 앞으로는 팬덤 참여와 데이터를 기반으로 단일 웹툰을 글로벌 프랜차이즈로 성장시키는 IP 인큐베이션 허브로 발전할 예정입니다.
이처럼 AB는 학원, 스튜디오, 컨셉 카페, 플랫폼을 유기적으로 연결하며 창작자와 소비자가 함께 참여하는 콘텐츠 창작 생태계를 만들어가고 있습니다.
지금까지 《살아남은 왕녀의 웃음 뒤에는》, 《악역폭군이 회귀해버렸다》, 《이세계 착각 헌터》, 《악녀지만, 그렇게 살지 않겠습니다》, 《폐하 이제 그만》 등 30편 이상의 작품을 해외에 수출하며 글로벌 독자들과 만나고 있습니다.

AB Entertainment began in 2003 as AniBugs, a comics and animation education institute that has trained countless creators, and in 2018 it was newly launched as a global webtoon studio and has since grown into a comprehensive content company. Starting from education, AB has expanded into a full-spectrum content enterprise that now encompasses a webtoon studio, a concept café, and a merchandise commerce platform.
AB Webtoon Studio is dedicated to planning and producing original webtoon IPs, ab Cafe, operated as a concept café, has become a fandom hub visited by more than 200,000 people annually to experience stories firsthand, and ab Dollant, currently operating as a webtoon-based merchandise commerce platform, is evolving into an IP incubation hub that will grow single webtoons into global franchises through fan participation and data-driven strategies.
In this way, AB connects academy, studio, café, and platform into an organic ecosystem of creation, building a space where both creators and consumers participate together. To date, AB Entertainment has exported more than 30 works overseas, including Behind the Smile of the Surviving Princess, The Villainous Tyrant Has Returned, Illusion Hunter from Another World, I’m a Villainess, but I Won’t Live That Way, and Your Majesty, Please Stop, reaching readers across the globe.
